The most pathetic and and ubprofessional service... We cannot contact them nor there is any office to communicate... I made a booking and amount was deducted from my account however it showed that payment is not done.nThere is no customer care service aur anyone to communicate the same. I will file legal action against them..nnTheir reviews all over Twitter are also very much negative... My suggestion, please don't use this service

worst ever experience of zoomcar. i will never use this service again.ni booked car at 10.00 PM with fuel but as i go for pick up there is no fuel in car than i called customer care and they said our technician will call in 15 minutes and no call coming till 2.00 am. i have all recording as proof. again worst experience in refund of fuel expense. where as we filled 4021/- rs. fuel & company refund us only 3912/- with no legal reason stated that company policy only... Shocked when spare wheel placed on last raw of sheet. now you can imagine rather we can travel with Spare wheel or our family member...???!!!!
