Definitely a must see place if you are around Bhuj. The white desert looks amazing during sunset and sunrise. Winters are the best time to visit this place. Kutch festivals are quite popular around this place.

A must visit place. Looks very beautiful at the time of sunrise and sunset. And don't forget the camel riding.

The only white desert in the world. The white areas are due to the salt deposit in the area. Best to visit the area during the Rann Utsav. Otherwise it'll be difficult to find any restaurants or refreshments on the area. Also about 50 km away is the international boundary between India and Pakistan. However you need to take prior permission from the BSF at Bhuj for visiting the border.

The pictures speak here. Some of the pic which I shared are clearly come up as we landed on the only place called moon on earth :) sun set is the best time. In last pic you can also find moon in the background. To reach to this place you have to crosss multiple beautiful places including a place which is famous for condense milk or kowa. Good spot to eat fresh kowa with tea. The bsf border is interesting place. The bsf security is very helpful guiding. Plz carry your gov id proof for entry else they send you back. All foreign citizens plz must take permissions from bhuj police station one day in advance. There all small shops and tea counter to enjoy the evening. I am excited to share that yes I have been to moon :)
