A Heritage & massive Portuguese fort built 1535.The fort is a large structure on the coast of the Diu island and commands views over the sea. It skirts the sea on three sides. Large number of Canons are mounted on the top for defense. Good Location and you can have beautiful scene. If you are going to Diu don’t miss to visit this place. You can click lovely photographs from the top of fort and light house.

Superb Tourist Place. It is nice experience to visit such fort. but due to some dirty people such historical place has been spoiling. Some of them writing their name on wall or tanks. Some of them riding on it also.

Very nice place to visit but there is no canteen or refreshment stall inside the Fort.so you have to take From outside otherwise... There is one light house also inside but you have to pay fees to go inside the lighthouse otherwise you can visit whole Fort for free. The fort is around 1000years old. As i read on their gate. Forts architecture is also good. You can see the jail in the sea from here. Overall nice place.

It's serene place. Full of natural things I.e. Sound of sea waves, Birds, sound of wind blowing. You'll get peace here. Historical place as well. Looking forward to visit regularly when in need of peace. !!
