Warning! Do not book! there are many other good hotels you can get it on last minute in similar price range. Owner insults guests. all you will hear in lobby is quarrel between guests and staff. Worst service. Rude behaviour. Water and hygiene problem. OYO support worst.

A decent hotel with ample parking. Breakfast provided was good. The staff was humble and polite. Overall a nice place to stay.

Guys, seriously plz read this review before your booking in this hotel. I have a extremely bad experience in OYO utkarsh hotel. One aged person sit in reception, I think he is the owner as he told when he shouted. He has lots of arrogance nd don't know how to do a behave nd talk with a lady. I had came there wid my wife and had booking wid OYO. But he has just started to give abusing OYO nd us . Nd said OYO kuch bhi bole ga to kya him maan lenge. Then why you puted a big logo before your hotel name. He just insulted us badly becoz we did online booking. Guy's don't go there. You are paying and staying there. So, just booked in some other hotel. Becoz respect is more than money.

Excellent hotel (booked through OYO): Firstly hotel address was wrong on Gmaps, but can look for exact address on oyo app. Edit: I edited the address and now it's correct. Very good property, excellent rooms and room service, manager is very friendly, simply A++.

NICE LOCATION TO STAY! GET ROOMS AT AFFORDABLE PRICES. ROOMS ARE VERY WELL-EQUIPPED. . FOOD QUALITY IS JUST AWESOME!JUST LOVE TO STAY IN THESE ROOMS
