It's a beautiful place to stay. The view of the Peer Panjals is exhilarating. Rooms are spatial. We enjoyed the bonfire in the evening. Hospitality is good. Food just like one gets at home. One can go out for a morning walk to the areas around enjoying the beauty of the forests with Pine trees. One will definitely enjoy stay here.

Bad hospitality by the owner, highly disappointing. Food is OK. However the place is at a wonderful location. Khajjiar lake at walking distance.

With myriad of natural beauty, this place provides a very good home like stay at Khajjiar.nThe estate is surrounded by forest and at a negligible distance from the market.nThe place is very much peaceful.nThe host is amiable.nnMorning breakfast is very good. Food is luscious except one chance when we got blend dinner.nnPS: the place does provide with hot water but the room that I got had continuous dearth of the same. It made the experience a little unpleasant. It has limited quantity of hot running water.

Best experience, cozy rooms, homemade food. Friendly and cute dogs, but the best past was the hospitality, and the owner is very helpful and informative. He told us to go to kalatop and other wonderful places here in khajiyar

Late review, stayed here back in 2019. But what's a fabulous experience I must say. From hospitality to food to views everything excellent.
