It was very great experience with The Hotel Dalhousie Hills ...Room was very clean and hygiene...Food was very delicious...room available at affordable price...and the main thing is location, it is situated at Banikhet bus stand....Dalhousie is 6km away from here...whenever u want to visit Dalhousie I personally recommend u should stay with Hotel Dalhousie Hills...

This is not one of the, But THE best hotel in Dalhousie you can find. Not only because of the rooms which are neat and tidy or location which is also beautiful or the price which is cheaper then what it offers but because of the owner who is a gem of a person. I mean the way he helps and pampered the guests is something awesome. The way he speaks, the way he takes care of you is outstanding. I had an accident there and don’t know what to do, i told him everything and then he manages everything, he handled the police scenario, hospital reports, provided full day taxi service and resolved all the matters in one day only. I was so scared but he ensures me that he handled everything. Now I’m at home only because of him. He didn’t take a penny for extra days in hotel and taxi fare. I can’t thank him enough. God bless him.

Worst Hotel and worst service i have ever seen. No proper room , no proper water, no wifi, no hygiene, food was good. no cooperative staff.
