A really nice and clean place to stay. Everything was so beautiful inside and the people there were so nice, specially the owner was really nice and helpful for us first time visitors. We had a really nice dinner there ( rice , dal , egg curry ) after eating Punjabi food for 3 days so we felt very good. 10 on 10 recommend staying here.

The houseboat is awesome because it actually feels like home, the owner, Mr. Fayaz Ahmad and his family makes it feel it such.nSumptuous homemade food on your plates, beautiful location, awesome view and calm evenings.

Good facilities, neat houseboat and well maintained. Fayaz Bhai (the owner) was one of the best hosts. Had a very tasty homemade authentic Kashmiri food served there.

I chose Iram houseboat after reading the previous reviews. I stayed there from 28th December 2020 till 1dt January 2021. I completely echo the wonderful experiences shared by previous guests. The owner Fayaz Ahmad Shoda and his daughters Sabina and Nazima are very hospitable and good people. I will definitely visit Kashmir again and recommend a stay here.

It was very nice experience at staying in Iram houseboat it is present in golden dal lake with best view. The houseboat is well maintained . The food is fabulous and Mr Fayaz gives best suggestions. If you are coming Kashmir than only stay in Iram houseboat.
