The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm. Also the staffs were very hospitable, every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help!nAnd talking about food they have an amazing cook everything things tastes delicious. They have buffet system that i find really interesting. I ordered pizza for my craving and i was really amazed to see how amazing that looks n tastes.nI would recommend everyone to stay in hotel DowntownnAnd yes they provide wifi, hot water 24/7.

The location is in an alley so you don't quite know what to expect from downtown hotel when you first arrive..but I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel was modern n has tastefully done rooms n very clean. We had breakfast and dinner included in our package and although we weren't impressed on the first day with the taste of the food...but the next day, every dish at dinner was noteworthy..so I guess the chef had an off day that first day. It's the perfect place to have a cozy warm room with hit showers at the end of a tiring day of sightseeing.

It is a nice place, the ambiance is good. You will definitely get a feel of Irani culture. Decoration is aesthetically artistic.nComing to the quality of food, it is no doubt mouth watering. A different taste and really mind blowing. If you are a true food lover you can't restrain yourself from praising and raising your brow with your eyes closed. I enjoyed the place thoroughly.nI am keeping one star because of less enthusiastic hospitality and less groomed staff. They should have little more promptitude in their service.

Aura is good...nThe food was Okay Okay.nBut yesnIf u reveal Ur preferences to the ChiefnYou get exactly the samenWhich is a v cool thing.nThe staff is v warm, v cordial and polite! The whole space is awesome.nParking is good and convenient.nAnd we had Coffee which was amazing.nIt's a great experience and a must visit placenud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4d

Hotel Downtown is a newly built hotel located centrally within Srinagar.nLobby decor and rooms are top notch, really best in class.nService is excellent, entire staff is very courteous.nFood is good. They can add some Kashmir flavor and make it really good.nOverall, highly recommended.
