More than anything. I loved the excellent service and warm treatment from the owner and the whole staff. They were trying to fulfill even our most outrageous demands with a smile in their faces. They were sold out, still they opened their non operating rooms for us. Special mention to the chef for delicious food.

Hotel stay was very pleasent and comfortable. You just have to ask and they are ready to help you out. Owner is very polite and look after you himself. Food and service is good.

Excellent location, close to Dal Lake and main market but still away from hustle and bustle of the city. We got a complimentary airport pick up though it was not in package. Early check in was allowed and we got our room ready when we arrived.nThey arranged taxi and driver Mukhtar bhai was so knowledgeable about everything about Kashmir, he also ensured that we got the right deal at every tourist spot.nHotel had central heating, most hotels in Srinagar don't. Rooms are more spacious than any other , newly constructed and well maintained. Staff is very courteous and cooperative.nRestaurant is excellent for both veg and non veg food.

Right from check in to check out .. everything was so smooth.. the staff was friendly and very helpful. Faizan the owner was very accommodative. I travelled to srinagar with my parents who are senior citizens.. Faizan took great care that the heating of the room was taken care of and gave us an upgrade too... the Chef at the restaurant made sure that the food was as per our taste and requirement .. the breakfast that was served at the restaurant also was great on all 3 days
