Bajra Math ruins Jain Temple in near Tehsil office, 0.2 km from NH-46 National Highway Gyarspur District Vidisha Madhya Pradesh. This temple built sand stone by Parmar Dynasty in 9th century. Temple is ancient, beautiful architecture and beautiful stone carvings work in wall and doors.

The world of bikers must be aware of the name and location of Gyaraspur. India's famous female biker Veenu Paliwal lost her life in an accident at the same place in the campaign from Kashmir to Kanyakumari in April 2016.nnThis temple was built in the 10th century, this temple is an example of art and faith. The architecture is of Nagra style. The frameworks, beams, pillars and back of the temple have artistic sculptures of Shiva, Ganesh, Vishnu, Brahma etc. When Jainism was flourishing in this area, this temple was converted into a Jain temple, and now three Jain Tirthankara statues are occupying the temple. Originally the temple is dedicated to Shiva, Vishnu and Surya. It has, three Sanctum Sanctorum in a row.nnThere is a porch and entrance to the sanctum sanctorum. The stone pillars of the porch are furnished and the Yakshas and Yakshini can be seen clearly on the capitals. The outer walls are also decorated with sculptures of Hindu deities and apsaras especially the Vishnu's Boar incarnation. The roof of the sanctum sanctorum has a high peak with lotus and Kalash, the roof of the porch is also ornate.nnIt's a place where visitors can notice the sculpture art on the sandstone. It's a heritage and ancient culture centre too. It attracts the history buffs, art and architecture lovers including all tourists.
