M crown Hotel

Located in the heart of Police Bazar this place is good and bad for stay. Good because it's close to the main shopping hub of Shillong including a shopping mall on the ground floor. Bad because the room service, food quality is so so. The rooms are great. Actually super nice and if the hotel improves its service it would be an awesome place to stay.

We paid money worth 4 star hotelnBut ac was not working condition. Cooler was provided.. room service was slow.nNo butter nan in paid dinner. No paneer available in paid dinner. In morning along with toasted butter only butter no jam. Please avoid this hotel. Not worth for money.. only worth 3000 per day.. more than this please don't pay. Look for another hotel.

Rooms are beautiful. Superb location for local shopping but surprisingly all the rooms are non air-conditioned.

Like: loved the interior designs.nHotel rooms are clean, stuffs are professional and well behaved + good foodnDislike:Few rooms has problem in door lock nd bath towels are not soft/clean.
