Located at a small distance of about 12 km from the city of Cherrapunji, the Kynrem Falls find their home in the Thangkharang Park of the East Khasi Hills of Meghalaya. With a falling height of about 305 meters, the waterfalls are the 7th highest in the country and there are three stages in which the attraction is divided in.

On the way to Umwai Village.nParticularly not a heavy tourist spot but it is one of the best falls.. For a beautiful and breathtaking view, Take a drive down to Kynrem during monsoon season.
