Hotel Polo Towers Shillong

Overall a good place to stay.nLocation is prime and very easy to find.nRooms were decent.nStaff was helpful.nFood was good (dinner & breakfast).nPrice is slightly on a higher side.

We had spent 4 nights at this hotel, the rooms were spacious and clean though a little old. We had visited during Christmas 2020, and the lobby was beautifully decorated.nBreakfast buffet was a bummer as we got the same food all the days with only slight changes.nThe in-house bar/pub is one the best in Shillong with very friendly staffs. Loved their cocktails

Had it been in a metro city, I would have rated it 4 stars, but it's a 5 star worthy hotel in city like Shillong. Clean rooms, a very good complimentary breakfast are the pros of this hotel. Costly a-la-carte menu is something expected from such hotels.

At Center point of city. Rooms are specious,neat and clean. Superb complimentary breakfast. Agile and supportive team.

Nice ambience of the rooms. Polite and friendly staff. No hassle and fuss for booking. A definite suggestion for travelling people.
