Hi I paidfor a room on r through booking.com. I had called the owner and asked him to confirm the booking. But he hurriedly replied we have no vacancies and hung up. I do understand is a busy time of the year and the holiday crowd can be a wee bit irritating. Since I am traveling alone and new to this place is it wrong for me to expect some assurance on your part. Kindly sir cancel my booking as I no longer wish to stay in your property.

they are not working. Hospitality service is very poor. Restaurant service good but rate is very high..

The hotel staff is highly irresponsible and doesn't care about your comfort.nRooms are pathetic and falsely advertised. The food is terrible and the staff doesn't even bother to make your stay comfortable.nI would strongly advise not to choose this Hotel unless you want your holiday ruined

This is with reference to our booking confirmation at Hotel Silver Brook Resort, Shillong for the period of 5th march.nI would like to inform you that we had the worst experience with this hotel. On reaching the hotel on 5th march, we found out the tents we are being allotted was totally different from what we had booked and the condition of the tent was in a sorry state with cockroaches crawling in bed, dirty mattress and filthy bedsheets.nThe bathrooms, whose photo was not provided in your app were in pathetic and unhygienic condition and beyond human use.nWe specifically on the phone asked about the conditions of the bathrooms prior to checking in, for which we were misguided by the hotel staff that the bathrooms are in good condition and we committed mistake by believing them.nnBy seeing all this I had to cancel the booking then and there as we were not offered any help by the hotel staff and had to search for different hotel in middle of the night.nI am very sorry to say that I had worst experience in online booking with Booking.com.nnI am attaching the pictures taken on the day we reached the hotel.nI have paid Rs. 2430(50%) to the hotel in advance and would like to get a refund as we did not stay even for a single minute in that hotel.nI hope my concern will be addressed and action will be taken promptly.nThanking you.

Very disappointed for huge amount of cockroach in room. So, it’s not hygienic. Must be cleaning in room. Otherwise staff behavior and service quality is good.
