Would have given zero. Poorest services ever. Always had worst experience with them. Bank is committing fraud as well. I cam across to two transaction where they charged me extra and sent less money that what it was supposed to be. If that is the case all the times I am taking my business somewhere else as I do not want to loose money all the times because of their mistakes, lack of training and frauds. Sent an email to ombudsman office for punjab and awaiting response. Will take this matter to antifraud agency if needed.nnWORST EXPERIENCE, ARGUING EMPLOYEES THAT IS WHAT HDFC CAN GIVE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
