Very bad experience. Wrong commitments, false pricing and non reliable. Never trust this travel agency. I took kerala package from them via travel triangle. And now I regret. I am paying 10k for 5k room.

Wish had option for zero stars. Booked one way travel from Delhi to Gorakhpur and paid advance over the phone. During booking I was told the wait time would be 1 hr. However after an hr they called saying the car is broken and the alternate car is twice the initial quote. After an hr of that they told me that they were able to find the car with original quote and then just like magic 20 mins later the car is not available. All they could do was to refund. I won’t recommend them for anyone. Advice to future customers: Please spend your money with business who value your time. Advice to travel agent: Please take bookings that you can fulfill. My response to owners comment: 1. I didn’t ask you to take me to 900 km on 800km rate. You quoted me a per km charge for extra that I agreed upon. 2. Before sending the booking fee to you I clearly asked if you have car, you confirmed that you have car and will need 1 hr. Notice to get the car to pick up location. 3. After taking the booking fee, you mentioned the car just broke down. Battery issue. And alternative was to either take a different deal ( twice the amount) or refund. 4. When I asked for refund, you said you are arranging a different car for Rs. 1500 extra. I was fine with that and I asked you clearly that you have the car and you are not make any other changes and will send me car details else I can go with the alternative car that I have found from different agent. You agreed saying that your car will be cheaper to me and you will send details in 10-15 mins. 5. 10 mins after that call, you said that you will refund.

if you want to suffer , book em!! worst taxi service in delhi i needed a urgent pick up from airport for my elders coming from a long 17 hour flight ,I googled guruji travels, called arnd 6pm and talked to vivaan guy, asked how long will it take to reach airport for his tempo traveller. he confidently told me less than hour. i booked the tempo after 10 minutes after confirming with the travellers, so hoping by 7:30p. tempo will be at airport. but thats when hell started, the operater was constantly lying that the driver was here and there, and will reach soon. after getting frustrated we had nothing to do but wait as we already paid 1000 advance, the tempo reached at 10:30 making 3 elderly wait for 3 hours outside airport. then comes the hidden info, like we had to pay for parking, and also have to use bus to get to tempo traveler, also their first driver ditched them. all this BS we were still cooperating, The worst part was talking to the operater, rather than apologizing for the situation, he told me " apna dimag kam chalao"( dont use ur brain) really thats your hospitality, i doubt ur company will last long, again DO NOT BOOK THEM

Thank you Saleem for the awesome trip. He was able to effortlessly drive through the roads which were narrow, steep and traffic filled. His knowledge of route and the good picturesque places helped us a lot during the trip. One thing we need to be careful of is the hotels that are recommended. Photos seem good, but rooms are not that great.

I had a wonderful experience of the trip organised by Guruji Travels for my honeymoon in Seychelles. My special thanks to Guruji for being in contact round the clock. All my requests were accommodated and some good suggestions were made for hotels and traveling spots. Also, the activities recommended were worth the time and money. I have already recommended all my friends to visit this place and take the same package as I had, because I am highly satisfied by the service that I received and the experience that I had.
