The place is a gem in the middle of nowhere. The rooms do not have television, wifi, regrets and most of the distractions of city life. The food is good but primarily caters to foreigners. The service standards are very good and gives a homely feeling. The hosts are sometimes at the property and add to the delight of staying here.
It was a relaxing getaway ! The River Safari took the cake where we were well taken care of and the bird watching was worthwhile, along with the Indian Ghariyal(crocodile) seen in various positions of leisure and action too !!!nThe couple of days spent in the peaceful environs of Mela Kothi were rejuvenating and it's surroundings brought one close to nature !!!!

A great holiday experience made so much memorable by the very warm and friendly staff and the hosts . Loved it ....
