Black Taj Mahal could not be completed. We can only imagine its existense.nایک خواب جو شرمندہ تعبیر نہ ھواnBlack Taj Mahal, also known as the Black Taj, Kaala Taj, or The Second Taj, is a legendary black marble mausoleum that is said to have been planned to be built across the Yamuna River opposite the Taj Mahal in Agra. Mughal emperor Shah Jahan is said to have desired a mausoleum for himself similar to that of the one he had built in memory of his second wife, Mumtaz Mahal.nModern excavations carried out in the 1990s found that they were discolored white stones that had turned black.As some believe that a more credible theory for the origins of the black mausoleum was demonstrated in 2006 by archaeologists who reconstructed part of the pool in the Mehtab Bagh (Moonlight Garden). A dark reflection of the white mausoleum could clearly be seen, befitting Shah Jahan's obsession with symmetry and the positioning of the pool itself.

There is nothing as black taaj mahal, its only exist in stories, myths and assumption, but certain place at Mehtab Bagh is known as where Black Taaj Mahal to be built. The view of Taaj Mahal from this place is absolutely stunning. So you can atleast visit this place for Great View of Taaj Mahal but you will find no black taaj mahal in Agra.

It was to be constructed here but it did not ever start. People say that there were pillars here but the management removed it. No one knows where those pillars are.

Black taj mahal did not exist in reality as no concrete evidence of its existence is found although some monumental structures related to a base has been found just opposite to the taj mahal . It is said that during full moon the shadow of taj mahal which when seen from yamuna river gives the reflection of black taj mahal.This topic is still a matter of debate between various archaeologists.
