I recently visited for the service of my car. Despite waiting for several hours, they didn't show us the service record and thus did not update our service history. The oil was changed from an open barrel which was of course not branded and cheap quality. Also, even after deducting full labor charge, the car wasn't cleaned properly. We have to pin point several things to get even a decent basic cleaning. In conclusion, service standard is really bad.
