Martyrs Gate is a monument or a brick made gate made in memory of Shahid Umesh Thapa who died during Janaandolan 2062-63. It consists of two parallel erected walls joined together with a small stone crafted monument of Martyr Umesh Thapa. It is a modern type of construction and no ancient nepali work can be seen in the monument. It is one of the popular tourist attractions in dang.
