It was my first visit in Basti. I was wonder that it may be very tough to get good and hygiene hotel. But I googled and found this good hotel. During this pandemic to get the neat and clean hotel was very tough but I was fortunate. You will also get delicious food. It was really awesome and morning breakfast made my day. Thank you

Being a regular customer of this hotel Mr Shukla misbehaved tonight just because of asking to recharge the cable of the room. I was told that it is not working as not recharged. I asked to recharge it online and adjust in my bill it he started misbehaving. I just wanted to talk to the owner but they didn't gave the number. Kindly ask Mr. Shukla to behave properly with the customers

Not nice at all. Veg food is ok,non veg is horrible. A bunch of unprofessional managing.
