Such a great place. Book density is low but space is huge so person can read anything easily. There is a government community Hall for marriage or party. Rate are quite high. RS. 100 for one year only. Such a quiet and amazing place. Lockers are also available. If you want to come for study you don't have to buy membership. But you cannot use their book.

Janak puri library has better conditions then tihar library and here a few books for competitive exam and other. And also here a no girls toilet.

Small space , limited chairs, so you will have to sit on hard benches, Noisy fellows but clean and very co-operative staff.

Janak Puri DPL has a better condition and more varieties of books then this library.
