Not recommend this outlet. I went there to repair my laptop lower body.nIssues found:n1. Commitment failure: There staff committed deliver Laptop after services in 2-4 days. But deliver after 6 daysn2. Service charges so high.n3. Poor Service: When I received my system after replacement with new part it is so dirty. When I checked system function Its mouse pad sensitivity down, right click button not in function and keyboard lock broken. When I said to rectify issue then staff recommend me to purchase new external mouse and said it already not in function and told keyboard lock are fiber body so it break while serving.n4. No accountability for client loss and justify there activity with arguing.

Very bad experience don't go there to buy hp laptop they gives fake information first and after u gives money in there hand they forget who u r.nThey didn't even stal any antivirus .nFake window.they show they are very sweet.nBut actually making customer fool in there talk.plz I request never ever buy from this store.

Laptops in this outlet are sold in prices higher than the prices mentioned even in there own HP official site. Not recommended at all to go for this outlet. I feel cheated after buying one from them. Also one of the features told to be preinstalled in laptop was not there in that model hence lack of knowledge to the staff too.

I had a same experience as mentioned by one of the other reviewer at store about this punjabi guy. This guy is very rude and highly unprofessional. Also, the owner of the shop didn't came forward while this man was misbehaving. Had a pathetic experience.nWill not be buying or recommending the store to anyone.

Worst experience ......Aadhar is the person to whom I was in touch with ...he never picked up the call. Worst service....never buy any product from this shop.
