I visited multiple times after purshasing the car from Shivas either it is service center sales or sales office. They never solve your problem .. alwz give you excusses. Staff is not cooperative. I requested to raise a request for HSRP plate.. they never entrrtained.. alwz asked me to give soktime and will grt back to you.. this hrt bsvk never comes.. if I talk about service.. same situation is there..

I applied for high security number plate from this center, but staff and manager bluntly denied for fitment for no plate, they said why did you bring the no plate here. You take no plate and go, we didn't get the money for fitment of number plate, I told them that I have already paid for fitment of number plate, so you have to fit the number plate, they said we don't get any money, so you go. Then I said after teliphonic confermation, I came here , and dealing madam said that you wait for thirty minutes then number plate will be fitted, I wait for one hour thirty minutes approximately, then they fitted the number plate as they are doing favour for me. For your kind information, I will send the Feedback to Hon'ble union transport minister also.

Worst ever experience of mine at any of the car showrooms. They were not even interested in attending you, on your asking only they were answering your questions. I went there for Thar test drive, but this car has become so popular, now i think Mahindra does not need test drives aur their sales persons attending customers, all the cars will be sold mere on their popularity...that too whose design is copied from a very already popular car. Everyone now-a-days are bragging upon make in india, make in india, safety, star rating etc etc, but once u give a try at Kia, MG, Hyundai, they will attach a guy with you who will give u a wholesome new experience...they will also serve u with coffee and snacks too. Well stars ratings matter but what about customer satisfaction, it was zero in this Mahindra showroom.
