Really nice property with well trained staff. The manager Saurabh is actually well mannered and is quiet helpful. He will be available for your service at any point of time and will be more than happy to help and assist you with everything possible. It's hard to find such amazing property with such a nice staff in patna

Good hotel one point extra bcoz they upgraded my room.location is good and near to airport. Food quality and restaurant service could have been better. Staff is very cooperative and friendly very different experience as compare to other ginger hotels. Generally ginger staff won't be so kind.

Every thing is good. But check in time should be 12:00 pm like other hotels....Otherwise hotel is neat n clean. Well-maintained.

I stayed around 7 days in November 2020 in this hotel, hotel staff are nice, but room service is very poor, even they forget to change the bed sheet, even they use to forget to provide towel and tea back. Room are to small to breath, around 1.am I called them to open the window lock and after singing on declaration paper window has been opened,, even there are unnecessary fake security checks in the lift. If Yr team member are staying in other floor u can't use lift to reach that floor.

Checking in is a little tedious (scanning qr code, online filling of forms, sending them through WhatsApp). Rooms are small. Not much floor space for 2 people. Uninsulated hallways so sound of footsteps and conversations might disturb your sleep. Windows open to blocked walls or construction sites, so no view. Breakfast is a little above average with taste and choice. Location is accessible and centrally located. Bottomline: Adequate for overnight stays only.
