The library was founded by my great grandfather Pt Balkrishna Bhatt . He the very well known hindi essayist is the main person who intended first to establish a rich library. Verily This is a very rich library .

A very good and very old library. Earlier during the dussehra festival amazing act of Ramayana was inacted on its roof.
