GO CAB

Very bad experience with Gocab Durgapur recently. We hired a Swift Dzire for 3 days and the experience was awful. The driver was rude and didn't speak to us throughout the journey. He was not answering to any of our questions and stopping the car throughout these journey without even asking any of the passengers. Also, we had an agreement with Gocab about how the nightly charges will be adjusted. Driver's food was already been taken care of by the company, we only had to pay for his lodgings. But somehow, the driver expected us to pay for everything. When he denied to pay for his food, his behaviour changed radically. Most importantly, Gocabs changed our driver and car in the last minute. The car we got was in a bad shape, didn't have yellow taxi number plates and was not from Gocabs. The car and driver both were from a different company and not Gocabs. The driver confirmed this to us.nnPlease think twice before going ahead with this car rentals, especially if you are traveling with your family. The driver's attitude completely ruined our trip.
