HOTEL NILACHAL

Poor quality of accommodation. Room cleaning service very very poor,even after calling for 3/4 times. Reception send someone for room cleaning. No proper bed in most of the rooms, it is iron cot even in ac rooms. Tv quality very poor. Even all free channel is not displayed. I stayed due to some reasons for long time, but they are not bothered. Poor quality in the name of hotel.

Good ambiance, clean and overall good food. Enjoyed the short stay over here on the way.

Awesome experience, hygienic rooms and foods price is also affordable, staffs are very helpful. Allover a nice stay near Mayapur.

Overall A complete disaster and terrible experience with OYO this time. There were 37 rooms available all empty but they gave us the worst room with no buckets, No geyser, No cleanliness, Staff was very slow and not even polite. Very very bad experience. There was not even basic things in the room like Towel nd napkins. And the worst part is even they have in-house restaurant they asked us to bring out food with us. WHAT A DISASTER. they don't even give you as basic thing as food in there hotel. If want to visit Mayapur this is definitely not a good option to stay.

Very good facilities but Power cut is a bit problem.
