Very unprofessional service. I had booked this cab service for pickup from Patna Airport. They had confirmed the booking and provided car and driver's detail. The driver refused service due to some issue. The operator did not pick th call not bothered to inform me. I was kept stranded on the airport for more than an hour at 10 Pm in the night. I will report this service and ensure no one else suffers due their irresponsible behaviour. Never ever book a cab from this unprofessional agent.

Overall the service is punctual and reliable. But their drivers are a bit rash in driving and do not care much on passenger comfort. Otherwise good service recommended

They are a complete fraud . They have not refunded my money even after cancellation From last 3 months they are just avoiding my messages and calls. Now they are not replying to my messages .

NirvanaCab in Patna is one of the most Unprofessional Cab services. They will never provide you with proper invoice/bill. I used their outstation cab services for a business trip where I had informed them in advance that I will need a proper invoice/bill of the travel. Post trip and payment, they will not bother to provide you with any sort of bills. So if you are a business traveller and need a taxi bill copy, please avoid using NirvanaCab in Patna.
