Inexperienced staff.. can't tell guide you with basic foundation which can go with your skin..I bought chambor foundation and in this covid they can't give trial on face and now it is not matching with my face colour..total waste of money... atleast value someone's money also...give some training about skin colour and foundation..

Variety is good (like all New U stores). Some of the staff is okay. Some are really bad, they try to sell you the costliest brand even if they have multiple choices. You have to ask for any offers as they don't tell by themselves, different staff tells different offers and deny the offer told by other staff. Its really a mess of services in this regard. Experienced the same on multiple occasions. Ofcourse the products are genuine.

Very happy & verity of products

The staff is cooperative and helpful. They offer many brands like Makeup Revolution, wet n wild, Maybelline, Lakme, colorbar, boutique , Kaya etc.

Absolutely disgusting way to treat customer. First they do not take payments in order and then do not provide even a regular paper envelope for small buys. The man at the desk was so arrogant and aggressive that it would be futile to visit the store again.nThumbs down
