Om Book Shop

I bought a book but had to return it for some reason. These guys did not issue refund and insisted that I buy something else. Then they do not give any discount. Worshipping false gods by Arun Shourie has ₹ 599 printed on the book. They sold the book at the same price without giving any discount. The same book is available online for just ₹ 344.nnThe fellas working there did not even try to assuage my concerns. He was downright arrogant saying it is not his fault.nnThey have a very limited collection of books. I tried looking for Richard Dawkins books but alas!nnI was looking for a rare book and asked them if they can arrange that for me. I offered to pay in advance. But they were not even willing to listen to my proposal, let alone giving it a shot.nnOverall, I feel cheated and have had a horrible experience, customer service wise. There is a reason why brick and mortar stores are going out of business, and Om book shop guys exemplify that.nnI understand that my case would be a rarity. However, do check prices online before buying.

Wibes are good. Here u can get any book for sure. But some books I found expensive buying from here. So, buy those are not available outside or more expensive.

A nice place to go if you are a book lover. Even if you are not, then also it's a must visit thing coz it can make you fall in love with books again. The fiction section will attract you the most as there is a full section of best sellers of Amish Tripathi.

Great experienced with om book shop. All types of books are available at that place. Easy to find a book you needed.

We have been visiting given Book Shop for last 10 years... Simply love this book store... It has never happened that we visited GIP and did not visit given OM Book store! A must visit!
