The plan to stay got postponed bhut the advance that was paid on contacting directly to the hotel went into vain. Not a si gle amount was refunded. Had I booked it through website I would have got my refund. Such a pathetic service and irresponsible manager Mr.Maity. I hope I will never stay nor recommend anyone to stay at your hotel. At least you could have responded to the requests. They would disconnect the call. Better book it through website and not fall prey to their words. Before booking they had called me at least 3-4 times to check but after booking wen i asked for refund they didn't respond. Worst customer service this is.

Nice rooms..neat and clean toilets...and a very coperative staff. All the staff members are always ready to serve at their best. Food served here is fresh and of nice quality. Overall it's one of the best options for stay at ranchi. Especially for the persons with family..atm, medical store, confectioneries, bus, car...all are at an arm's length. Nice one

Very decent , comfortable and hygienic hotel in minimal tariffs , staff's are very friendly , I love the breakfast buffet here they served large no. Of breakfast in buffet as complementary....overall good experience

I was quite skeptical about this hotel since it has garnered just 3 stars on Make My Trip App and i am yet to figure out why!! This hotel has everything that should be available in a good hotel. Preferable location, nice cozy ambience, well behaved staff, delicious food and all of this in fraction of price. I was so impressed with this hotel that i have booked it twice in a week without looking at otger options. Kudos to the staff.
