Read the whole review u it will open yur eyes .3rd class service or below 3rd class before pandemic 2020 January I went there and asked for screen repair and they told it was around Rs14,000 and I checked on the mi website the screen was 6000and I asked why the repair cost is high they said they will change the back cover which was broken and I rejected but they said they wont repair the screen only u have repair both .Back glass was also damaged I checked online it was almost rs1000 so total was rs7000 and they charged their pathetic service Rs7000.Last but not the least they stole my back cover too before handing to them I didnt remove my back cover which is almost Rs 500 and neither he gave me at that time or reminded me.But after the repair they gave me my mobile annd my data was erased by them . Don't go to them for service insted try local repair or dont buy redmi mobile for lifetime . Pathetic service!!! losers

Worst experience I had as a customer here. When I went here it was 6 pm, nd the timings r till 7pm which is clearly written on mi's website and this stores timing are also till 7 as well on the web, but they refused to take my complain that I had regarding the issue that I was facing on my mi phone.They just started shouting nd howling on me when i reminded them abt their timings.They said they will not work on my phone since it's outside their working hours.Worst customer experience I had. @mi_india plz take a note on this customer care centre located in Sakchi,Jamshedpur,Jharkhand,India

My poco m2 pro is uper speaker has disturb and I am going this survive center and he is talk to a reset my phone and reset him after 6,7 days later ande he start problem please help
