Extremely poor branch...The staff’s behaviour is very bad...They behave very rudely and are very irresponsible,they don’t help customers...This branch doesn’t match the standard of Axis Bank...

wrost bank in the worldnIn 15 years of banking experience( with almost all Govt banks and HDFC) never seen such bad service.nCompleted all formalities and deposited significant cash in Nov2016, got passbook, cheque book, ATM card, activated mobile & internet banking almost in same day.nChecked everything,all incoming/deposit transactions were working , but none of outgoing/withdrawl transactions (via ATM, Mobile/Internet banking) worked.nApproached bank, told that A/c is still inactive need KYC, done as instructed but nothing improved.nHead was eating circles A/c is inactive but credit interest was there.nFinally with lots of voice quarrels with bank staffs got the A/c closed.
