Rooms were really bad. And the lady who sits in the counter is actually an illiterate person. She doesn’t know how to talk to a customer. You cannot blame her since she is an illiterate & u cannot expect any decency from an illiterate person. The staff over their flirt with each other half of the time. Specially the guy who is slim & wear glasses he doesn’t know what to do & what not to while check in. Pretty worst experience. All the staff do is just fraud nothing else. They’ll give you a classic room no matter if you book a deluxe room.

firstly they are frauds,they provided me classic room in the name of deluxe room,I have earlier stayed in that very same room as classic room,bathroom lock was broken,flush was broken and so many more issues,after complaining to oyo,these hotel staff especially the girl,she has no sense of how to talk to it’s customers,she yelled over a phone call and said this classic room has turned into deluxe after renovation,and in the name of renovation they just painted the walls,nothing else.Terrible experience I was their regular customer,but after this will never visit this place and will never recommend anyone.
