OYO 3511 Crystal Studio

'Customer is the god' this critical saying is not at all there in the books of OYO Crystal Studio. The staff is too unprofessional as if they have been trained to trash talk and be unprofessional. The check in time is 12 am and never ever has this happened in any other hotel that I didn't get my room on time. I was waiting there till 4.30 without my room and to top it off the bad behaviour of the staff.nNEVER EVER choose this hotel because you have to book another hotel eventually and get harassed as well.nMoral of the story: Never choose an OYO without checking the reviews.

Worst hotel.nWhen I reached there after making my booking from OYO, they denied check-in just because I made the payment online. They point blank lied to Oyo customer care that due to photo ID mismatch they cannot allow me to check-in, and they didn't even ask for my ID card.nThey said you can book at a higher price but because of the offer I used on OYO app, I got the same room at a lesser price they didn't allow me to stay. I have never seen such worst service and behaviour of any other hotel.

Worst hotel ever stayed. Bad behaviour of staff bad service they force u to do early check out still if u have paid for 24 hours they don't allow u to go out of hotel if u wants to .. if u want to gonout they will charge u 2200 rupees for that .. and they ask for a genuine review forcly worst chutiya bnate h logo kon... Don't book this hotel ever..

Nice and easy. Friendly staff. Spacious room. Clean bathroom. Overall good experience. And yes, they have got a parking space also.

Worst hotel... Worst experience very bad behavior of staff they don't even know how to treat guest and how to talk.. They will unnecessarily force you to check out early.. And if u want to go outside for some urgent work they won't allow u to go out they will ask u to do check out forcly.. And if u will deny they will ask u for the keys or 2200 rupees.. I request u to nvr book this property .. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.. Late service worst hotel ever stayed
