I liked this place as a tourist spot and picnic spot. A long streched road and a very nice view from the dam side. One side of the road has a blue water touching the sky and on the other side it has nice view with maintained Jungle.nYou will love the boat ride here along with family and friends at the end of the dam. During the boat ride in winter season you can see some migratory birds.

If you wants to visit dam in Jharkhand then I prefer you to go to Konark . The freshness of this place will not disappoint you.And the view around the dam is really well.
