Collinpur beach, located in the southern Andaman which is around 36-40 kilometres away from the city of Port Blair and is easily accessible via road. It is close to Tirur. It is also known as 'Sunset Bay'. It is the residence of enchanting cobalt water and the tranquil stretch of smooth sand. The exotic beach also has a thick veil of palm plantations. The offbeat location, it is not considered to be among the major tourist attractions of the region but it is free from the crowd. It is U-shaped with ocean clouds floating around seawater. Piles of Smooth sand cover the beach and the dense vegetation in the region exhibit multiple shades of green. The enchanting blend of great green tropical and dense forests and knotted trunks of old trees.nThis beach consists of both sandy and Rocky type. Sea wave is very rough and is not recommended for swimming or snorkelling. One may find Coast guard which will guide you what to do or not. Japanese bunker is available on both the ends. Washroom is available.

Nice beach, peaceful environment and good picnic spot. Maintained by Andaman & Nicobar Forest Department. Beware of Crocodiles, can be seen once in a month. So don't get down on the water. Not safe for swimming.

Collinpur Beach is also known as 'Sunset Bay , Which is located in the Southern Andaman, The exotic Collinpur beach also has a thick veil of palm plantations. The offbeat location of Collinpur Beach makes it one of the most favorite destinations in Port Blair, free from the crowd.nnIt takes around 1:30 min distance for Main City which means 40km's single side .nnRemember Don't forget to take your stuffs with you nothing you will get their .If you have to buy some thing you have to come back around 7 km's Free from crowd .
