Worst service I have experienced. On phone they will tell product(speakers) was came. But once I reach there they were telling irresponsibly come after 2days..like this 3 times I went. Finally they telling problem not with product(speakers) which they mentioned earlier but saying problem with another product(mother board).nIt took more than 3wks to get this type of reply.. wasting lots of precious time, missed much more valuable calls in this time period.nAt last my mobile also curved after giving mobile to service centre people, what they did I don't know. I also don't know whom I can give complaint about this

(PLZ READ THIS CAREFULLY)If this had 0 star I would have gave it . The worst service center ever, In genuine parts service center .They are tricking people by just keeping ( MI ) service center and using after market parts by third party websites or apps. If you closely observe the picture, you can see a small dot like water damaged and yellow tint in display. #IAMDISSAPPOINTEDXIAOMI #MI_SERVICE_CENTER_SCAM

What is meaning of online billing, this mi service centre doesn't know. 2 maonths back my brother purchase battery it was working. This bill was teared small baby. They are charged 18%tax and 450 service charge on 799 mrp battery. When went to replace they not accepted. Very unskilled people in this mi service store

Very bad experience.My personal suggestion is better visit the other care center available,avoid approaching this service center.The employees here doesn't work good,doesn't respond to our queries
