The room is good and spacious. Though not new, there is something about this place that is relaxing.nBut I am removing one star because, I asked for a towel befire check in, they said already available in room. But apart from a blanket and a pillows, nothing else was available.

Bedsheet and Pillow Covers are not changed, Room was not clean, There is NO Hot Water, Taps are not working, There is NO Lift, Price is not Expensive. Main Door lock is also not working, They were asking to vacate the room well before check out time

It was a very unpleasant experience. The staff was very arrogant. They only know how to argue. We had to ask them for the basic things like soap, shampoo. There was no dustbin in the room, had to ask for that too. The fan was creaking all night. And the worst part of this is the hotel management couldnt even provide us with water bottles . they said they dont give water bottles, we will have to buy. ud83dude11 in and all it was a bad experience.

No basic amenities provided like soap, towel. Rooms are tidy, few washrooms doesn't have proper door lock.

Nice house cleaning team ,i stayed here for a week & had pleasant stay.
