Fully occupied with agents n document writers in near by shops n places. Helpful staff, However agent will be needed to guide you through the steps. Building looks old, so be nice with it..

There is always a lot of crowd at this place.There is no safe distancing and it take a lot amount of time to even do a simple task at this officenThey agents at the office help to do things quickly but they charge a lot amount for most of the tasks done here.nAlso stamp papers are sold here at higher prices

Paying Chalan to govt is quite normal for registering property.. But we have to pay personal Chalans to officials to get register the property...
