Very spacious and gives the feel of old British time architecture. Open area just adds to it. Food and staff very good.

Basically, Hotel Samrat is a heritage building and its almost 150 years old, this is a very different kind of hotel, like home stay in historic building, Hospitality, Service and Foods are good, Behaviour of Staffs are really nice.

I stayed with my wife in Room No. 102 on the ground floor from 26th to 29th Feb,2020.Samrat is located right in the heart of Gaya town, close to Bharat Sevasram, and has nine rooms.Room quite spacious having big washroom with hot water facility.They provide two big clean towels for each person everyday.Room fairly clean with TV.Food is served in the rooms.Food is of little rich type but good in taste.Room service is pretty okay.nAdditionally,what I liked about the hotel is its efficient and friendly managerial staff.If you ask for,they arrange transport for movement within and outside Gaya.Travel service including charges,cab quality and driver is satisfactory.For my stay,I paid Rs.1680 per night for the twin bed AC room and I found it worth.All in all,the stay was pleasant and I would like to stay there again if I visit Gaya.
