Hands down, the best gym. Equipment, Atmosphere, Hours, Staff, just amazing. From the ownership, to management, to the trainers, by far the nicest staff in the business today. The 45 min training goes super fast and you really enjoy doing it. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape.

Having equipment and selling your products should not be the priority. Providing ample space, privacy, proper training, hygiene and sanitization are also important especially respecting your customers. Being myself a dedicated gym lover, it's sad to say that you guys are completely unprofessional. Wish you people raise your standards and have some ethics. Stay safe!

A.metroflex gym is the best gym in gaya. The trainners are very much cooperative. if a person is trying to lose weight or gain weight or do anything like that I think a metroflex gym is the perfect place for him or her. For those who wants to compete in bodybuilding competitions , the trainer will also help you in that accordingly.

In this gym you will find all types of equipment but owner of this gym are very irrespective, they never behave with you in polite way. When you contact him they will talk to you very politely but after some time they will behave with you rudely. When you contact himnFor training they will give you a diet plan and in the interim they will tell you to buy supplement / protein powder from us and cost of this powder is very high in compare to others company's products. Actually there's intention is not to provide best service or training, they are doing business by making people fool. Those people who gave 5 star actually they are relatives and some are friends. ud83dudc4e

Good Equipment, Great vibe, friendly trainers and staffs. I'm working out from last 1 years, in start I joined various gym but was not stratified there where no perfect workout place. Then I joined Metroflex last year n I started loving working out more.
