Worst ever experience!!! Please never go to this hotel specially for any function like reception, party & others.nNo planning, no hygiene, food was dead cold & all my guest went home without eating. At 11:00 they asked to close the party. Moreover they treated like we will run away without giving their remaining money. So cheap mentality they have.nOne more thing, do not ask they decoration expert to decorate lawn or anything for function. They will rip your money apart & do nothing.nWhen you ask about these things, they behave very rude & show off like they can do anything.nI REPEAT NEVER GO TO THIS HOTEL!!!
Good hotel.. Rates are reasonable.... Staff are polite and friendly..... Overall a good place to stay.... Scope for improvement breakfast timings could be earlier

This hotel situated in the heart of city at RN Shaw chowk. Rooms are very clean with proper hygiene. Breakfast is very tasty with sufficient menu. Room tariff is also very reasonable compare service n cleanliness. Rooms are little bit small but sufficient to stay for single occupancy. Must visit this hotel in purnea.
Lack of manpower and staff. Although its beautiful and expensive. Neat n clean.
