Do not use this portal. they do not refund the amount and no customer care. I have been waiting for a month now and no refund and no customer care. hard to see how this portal/app is still running and nobody has filed a court case against zoom car. Any advocate or person in law reading this review, it will be much appreciated to file a case against zoom car as PIL.

It is a fraud company. I paid deposit for subscribing car which they are not refunding . Nobody responds on phone or mail. Stay away !

I booked a car and paid in advance in the app. I was told that we need original drive license. So cancelled booking. Since past 10 days they have not refunded me 11000/- rs. No response on their no. And emails. Poor service and pathetic application. I made great mistake of trusting them
