Its always been a great experience and this time was magnificent . The rooms are good. Reception services, room service, in room dining, house keeping are all excellent. Very well trained and responsive staff. @manager@sonuji@bhavnahotel

Do not go by the pictures. They’re clearly from the time it was inaugurated. It’s dirty, unhygienic, unsanitary to say the least. This is even if the pandemic didn’t exist. There was termite in the linen they had “freshly changed”. The rooms had dust. They smelled like rotten food and cigarette smoke. The owner was rude at best when I tried to ask him to get the fan fixed in our driver’s accommodation. They need to pull their socks up and throw in excuses that the hotel was closed due to the pandemic and hence the issues. The hotel could have been clean, at least.

Welcome Desk is fully senatise and clean even Entrance and parking area is also well Maintained. ROOM IS ALSO SENATISE AND VERY GOOD
