If you are in Patnem and looking for a good place to stay near the beach and also at a reasonable rate, with premium rooms/cottages and good food/beverages in it too, this is the place.nWe atayed here for a night during our transit from Patnem to Palolem and liked this place a lot. The cottage room we got was huge, had a proper AC running with a huge washroom as well. Rooms were clean and the Staff was responsive as well

This hotel is one of a kind. It gives you privacy and peace. It is a 90 second walk to the beach. You can in fact see the sea from its entrance. It has a restaurant, and I can't praise the taste and the quality enough. Every dish I ordered was supremely delicious. I had to change my location because of an official purpose but I made sure I went back for dinner every night. The staff is just 4 young men who take amazing care of the place. The upper rooms are a tinge better. The lower ones are considerably cheaper. There is no pool but it didn't matter to me at all. It's a beautiful little place to go to and I'll recommend it to anyone who wants to stay close to the patnem beach.

This property is at walking distance from patnem beach .. you just step out of the place on the right side you see the beach..nnRooms are very clean and the amenities are excellent .. we stayed here for 2 times.. and we enjoyed both the times..nnThere are three types of rooms - deluxe king room / superior king room / standard double roomnnIf you want pocket friendly room then go for standard double room.. if you can spend a little more amount then go for deluxe / superior king room..nnWe had stayed in both deluxe king room and superior king .. the only difference was the space you get more space in deluxe king room than the superior ones..nnthe only thing that bothers is rate of superior king room .. the rates are much higher than deluxe king room and the space is less.. where as deluxe king room is way too spacious.. we felt it was little over priced ..nnAmbience and food both are good ❤ufe0f staff is also nice and helpful specially Subhash .. he had made sure we get comfortable throughout the stay ud83dude0annWould recommend to our friends and family ..

What's to not love of this place.n1.The rooms are spacious, the bathroom big and clean.n2. Food from the restaurant, ahmazing (and I mean its yummmyyy)! They provide breakfast (which is again filling- parathas and puri bhaji, also the capucchino are great!) although the breakfast is not room service. But the place itself is so cozy you'd love it here!n3.The staff is super courteous. Service from cafe, great!n4.The place is clean and just 2 mins walk to the beach patnem, which is one clean beach btw!nWe loved our time here and would definitely return!

This is probably the worst hotel you could stay in. We were misled by the other reviews(probably paid ones) and we ended up booking for two deluxe king rooms. But there was absolutely no privacy. The curtains were translucent and the doors and windows are see through. So basically the entire room is visible from the outdoor cafe of the hotel if the lights are switched on inside the room.nWhen we asked for rooms upstairs atleast, they said we need to pay extra for that. Also they did not have room service. Even water bottles, dental kit and towels were not provided even after being asked.nnTheir complimentary breakfast is a scam. You can select only one among three dishes everyday- aloo paratha, bread omlette or poori bhaji. There were only two small slices of bread for bread-omlette dish and two pooris for the poori bhaji. If you even ask for any extra slice/piece, they will charge you extra. Fruit juices are not available in the morning as part of breakfast, and they will charge you for that.nnThe attitude of the staff is horrible. They take the payment for the stay as soon as you arrive and from then onwards they have absolutely no care for their customers. Even the suitcase was not transported for us to our rooms and back.nnThe only good thing I saw in this hotel was that whatever they served for breakfast had good taste. Hence the one star is justified. Else I would rate this place 0/5. You can get much better places for the same rate that these people charge.
