Do not go by the beautiful pics.nThe property is pretty old inside and is quite dirty. When I asked the staffs to clean the lawn, they made some excuse of not doing it. There was filth everywherer. Also, the rooms are quite old, seems the bedsheet they use have been used for many years and they do not have any intention of replacing it till it gets torn. The fan on the lawn cottages are so high, that they literally have no impact.nIn the same prices, there are several better options available.

Vinsons Cottage, is a great place to stay in south Goa. The place is calm and quite plus it’s very near to colva beach.nNear to the market.nVery staff is really helpful. Owner is a gem of a person.nClean and green.

Staff is good.nPlace is too good .just calm place to be at when you are at Colva beach.nJust go for it as it's reasonable.

It's soooo Good... Soooo Good!! A perfect way to live like a goan. The cool breeze in evening with a cup of tea is so amazing specially during rainy days.. God it's so amazing. Check out YouTube blog for more goan videos

The location is great, jus 5 mins to Colva beach, major tourist attraction in south goa. The hotel has a great restuarant as well. The rooms are bit small but were clean. The staff was okay not very helpful.
