Hi All,nnI had a very pathetic and worst experience for booking the venue with @thegalaxyresortbahadurgarh for an personal family event. The staff is highly rude and unprofessional and ill mannered and had very rowdy type and tone in interacting with the clients. highly fake over priced options. The ops manager ajendra and manjeet had no clue about the previous negotiations for the event. Thumbs down. Not recommended at all.
