OYO 14171 Paradise Chateau

Location and the view from the hotel was exceptionally awesome...I was totally in awe. But regarding the service it was the worse.it took them around 30 mins to provide us with water( normal). The food was tasty. Gyeser and exhaust in the washroom wasn't working at all. The hotel needs to upgrade and improve their services.

This is a detailed review.nThe property is located right across the Rohtang highway. You'll have to cross the narrow bridge to get there. There are two parts of the property. One is the hotel along with the kitchen and reception. On the other side of the road, they have independent cottages, both 1BHK and 2BHK.nThe hotel rooms are a bit small but all the amenities are provided. Spring mattress and fluffy pillows, coffee table and chairs and a wardrobe. Overall the stay is comfortable.nThey have a riverside garden right in front of the rooms along with seating area.nAs for the cottages, the rooms are spacious and really nice, so is the hall. But the couch in the hall is old and a bit broken. The kitchen is in a very poor state. It's very unhygienic and stinks as it hasn't been cleaned in ages. They charge extra if you want to use kitchen appliances including the gas.nAlso, the cottages are located away from the hotel premise and hence service runs a bit late.nApart from all these, there is electricity problem in the hotel as well as the cottages and they don't have a power backup except for emergency lights. So you won't be able to use any appliance including the geyser if the power is out.nThe service guys are nice but the food is not that good and it's very expensive too. Plenty of parking space is available at the property.
